Local development notice
This policy describes the implemented application. A public release requires a named operator, hosting location, retention schedule and final provider agreements.
Launch waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we record your email address, the time you agreed and the consent wording version, only for Cuppara launch information. Joining does not create an app account or send an email. The form records interest; launch email delivery is not yet enabled. You can withdraw your interest or request deletion through the support contact below. Requests are handled by the operator. To limit automated submissions, we temporarily store a daily keyed hash of your network address on supported hosting; raw addresses are not saved in the waitlist database. These rate-limit records are removed after one day when the next submission is processed.
What you choose to record
Your account, coffee entries, photos, optional location, learning progress and assistant messages are stored for your account. Location is requested only when you use the location feature.
AI assistance
When you use recognition or the assistant, the relevant photo or message is sent to the configured AI provider. Journal context is optional. Private notes are excluded from assistant context.
Sharing
Creating a share link makes the displayed coffee name, roaster, drink, origins, flavors, rating, method and tasting notes available to anyone with the link. Private notes, photos and coordinates are excluded. You can revoke a link.
Your choices
You can edit and delete entries, revoke sharing, disable permissions and request account deletion. Deletion requests are reviewed by the operator; sending a request is not immediate deletion.
